• Watched from the tripodThe yardstick belongs to somebody who spent the previous night outdoors. We recognise a sky on screen, and when it is wrong we say so without making a scene.
• No realism scorecardsA film is not an astronomy exam. Broken physics becomes an argument only when it breaks the story, not when it annoys pedants.
• Plot kept safeYou can read before watching: the turns stay covered, and when something has to be revealed we say so up front, not afterwards.
